How to Add a Security Deposit to a Property

1. From the dashboard got to the side menu and navigate to the Properties tab and click the icon.
2. Go down the list of properties and choose a property that you would would like to add a security deposit to.
3. Scroll down to the Leases module (or click “Leases” at the top) and click the “+” icon.
4. Set the deposit amount.

Note: You can edit a lease’s security deposit at any time.
